NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM TO START OPERATING AS FROM 5th JANUARY 2015

Lesedi Local Municipality is in the process of upgrading its telephone systems; this upgrade is advised by numerous challenges experienced by external callers when trying to reach the municipality via telephone and this system upgrade is part of the rolled out of programmes on upgrading our IT infrastructure and systems.

The new telephone system will effectively improve the institution’s Customer Service Centre and create an enhanced way of communicating internally and externally, it will replace all dial numbers of the current system from switchboard throughout to all desktop lines and is intended to start operating as from the 5^th of January 2015.
